Brunch for Lunch

Y’all I brunched myself for lunch today. I wanted breakfast because my morning protein shake didn’t cut it. So these open faced sandwiches made themselves into my belly. Scrambled Eggland's Best Eggs, buttered sprouted grain toast, super ripe tomatoes seasoned with black pepper and alder-smoked salt, and wild arugula. So tasty! I love breakfast anytime of day. I hope you’ve eaten something yummy today! Xo
