An Easy Kielbasa Dinner

Quick and easy dinner tonight in the Bosich abode. Hillshire Farm kielbasa with sweet onions and tangy sauerkraut. I felt like something hearty on this cloudy, chilly day.

See the browning starting? I love getting everything nice and caramelized, it makes the flavor richer and then I deglaze the sauté pan with either beer or wine to knock off all those flavorful bits back into the dish as it’s cooking. Don’t overlook that flavorful step! So good!
