- Combine two tablespoons of instant coffee, two tablespoons of granulated sugar, and two tablespoons of hot water in a small bowl. Use a hand mixer or a frother (available online) to beat the mixture until it gets really thick, whippy, and with a golden brown color. Pour your favorite milk into a glass with some ice! Scoop the mixture and top onto the chilled milk.
