No, you're eyes aren't deceiving you. This clouded coffee whip is the latest rage to overtake the troubles of being quarantined at home. Ingenuity always reins when you have too much time on your hands and social media users have started making this coffeehouse-inspired treat in their own kitchens with mega success.

It's a creamy iced coffee drink that combines a mixture of instant coffee, sugar and hot water with chilly chilly milk, so give this awesome recipe preparation a go while your hunkered down in your humble abode during this unprecedented time in our nation's history practicing social distancing unlike we've ever done before.

Dalgona? It's a South Korean candy, a sugary toffee with a spongy texture.

How to make the coffee? Well here you go, here's the super easy recipe!

  • Combine two tablespoons of instant coffee, two tablespoons of granulated sugar, and two tablespoons of hot water in a small bowl. Use a hand mixer or a frother (available online) to beat the mixture until it gets really thick, whippy, and with a golden brown color. Pour your favorite milk into a glass with some ice! Scoop the mixture and top onto the chilled milk.
That's all it is! I hope you love it and let me know in the comments below how yours turns out! Cheers!
