Easter weekend is nearly upon us and if you need an easy dessert idea that’s sure to please, consider this delicious warm blueberry biscuit cobbler. Ok so these mint brownies admittedly take a little work. It’s not just something you, “whip up”. They’re layered and take a little planning to prepare. But if the flavors of mint and deep, dark, chocolate are your jam, then you must give these a go! They are outstanding! Mint chocolate chip ice cream was always my favorite ice cream flavor growing up.
